Michael DeChiara is the Executive Director in AT&T's Advanced Enterprise Solutions organization. He is currently focused on the expansion and growth of AT&T’s collaboration suite of services across commercial, wholesale, and government market segments. His team led the market launch and evolution of the industry first telepresence as- a- service offering, the AT&T Telepresence Solution. Prior to this assignment Michael led AT&T’s Advanced Contact Center Solutions organization supporting all market segments. During his tenure, the team achieved a dramatic increase in growth and market position by leveraging AT&T’s cloud based services to transform client contact center operations around the globe. Before this he led the Application Services Business Development organization focused on AT&T’s Professional and Integration services for network based solutions in all market segments in North America. Michael has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from The Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University. Michael is married with three children and resides in East Hanover, New Jersey.
